NEW MENU ITEMS DEBUTING NOW
Chefs Joseph, Oscar and Josef debuted new menu items this week, including:
Wild Diver Scallops pan-seared to perfection served over a light and fluffy spring carrot puree and finished with a saffron vinaigrette."Chicken Fried" Chicken Breast soaked in buttermilk and breaded with our house blend of herbs and spices, served with cheddar cheese grits and garnished with an apple celery salad.
Wild Striped Bass pan-seared with crispy skin and served with a combination of cranberry beans, heirloom peppers, and torpedo onions and finished with a tangy house made piquant pepper sauce.
Don't forget about happy hour on the patio and in the bar from 3p-7p & 9p-midnight Mon-Sat and 3p-11p on Sunday. Chef Joseph added a personal nostalgic fave to the happy hour menu that he adapted from a food he remembered eating during his childhood in Michigan when his family would visit a Greek stand at the local farmer's market:
Veal Skirt Steak "Souvlaki" Rolls served on our housemade milk slider buns and topped with cucumber yogurt and caper relish
